292 was Western Wake's reserve engine after serving as Station 2's first out structural engine.  292 was sold to Muddy Pond Volunteer Fire Department in Tennessee.  292 carried a maximum of 4 people: Driver, Captain and up to 2 firefighters on the back, all of which could talk to each other through a closed intercom system. It has a 1000 gallon tank with a 1000 GPM pump. 292 carried a booster reels and an assortment of other size hose, along with all needed nozzles and appliances. 292 also carried AFFF foam. 

Emergency warning devices included: A light bar, red rotary lights on the sides of the hose-bed, amber strobes on the back, assorted other strobes and clear MARS lights. It also had a Code 3 siren and speaker along with air horns along with a Federal Signal "Q".
