Truck 1

Truck 1 was involved in a motor vehicle accident on March 26th, 2003.  The truck was totaled due to rolling, but the driver's injuries were minor.  No other vehicles were involved in the accident.  Truck 1 was Station 1's First Responder and utility truck. It was a 2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty Extended Cab 4x4 Off-Road. It was powered by a Ford V-10. Truck 1 ran on First Responder calls as well as serving as a multi-purpose vehicle. Truck 1 was also used to haul hose and equipment back to the station after large fire or haz-mat incidents. Truck 1 was fully equipped to handle all first responder calls carrying a jump bag, oxygen, a semi-automatic defibrillator and a trauma bag.  Warning devices included a Code-3 MX-7000 light bar, 4 way corner strobes, wig-wag headlights and audible electric siren.
