Station 2
Western Wake Station 2 is Wake County Station 29 and is located at 325 East Durham Road in Cary, North Carolina. Station 2 has duty crews in place Monday thru Friday from 0700-1700. The remainder of the time it relies on volunteers to man the equipment. Station 2 is home to: Service/Heavy Rescue 295, Engine/Tanker 297, Engine 293 and Truck 2, Brush 299 is behind Truck 295.
Station 2 district covers the rural and suburban areas of Cary, North Carolina and runs Automatic and Mutual aid with the Cary Fire Department and Morrisville Fire Department. Station 2's district covered by Cary Area EMS for ambulance coverage.
